I did a lot of detail on the character >< I wish you guys can see the real size XP
Alykazam's request is to draw a female chara that can produce weather. So I make a character that control the weather through this glass bowl/tank, and only this chara who can activate the system. There're suppose to be several bowls with different weather inside XD This one suppose to be cloudy to stormy weather :P
And the creature on the top suppose to be the controling technician, writing the reports and gathering the datas XD haha and if you notice her 'light beam' is 888, as well the number on the creature's notepad XD XD that's why by choosing an awkward number can make it as a part of the design :P

Wow this looks awesome. The color scheme very spiffy and I love the swirls in the background and the character's dynamic pose. The character herself is well designed and I love how her hair is more than one shade.

Very interesting interpretation of the concept as well. :]

AHHHHHHHHHH!!! I love it I love it I love it I LOVE IT I LOVEITIOMGOMGILOVEIT!!!!!!!!!! You came up with some super cool embellishing things like that tank...!! and its just came out so well i didnt even anticipate... i love the little guy too!!! i love this wow i already said that and *is becoming incoherent* SORRY I COULDNT EXPRESS MY LOVE FOR THIS SOONER!!! (all the computers i got on didnt like images -_- ) MAH! of course this is a favorite for me and i wish i could like "superfav" it or sumthing but >_< in anycase THANKUSHOOO MUCH!!!!!!
